CrisisConnect™

Crisis Connect™, for government and the enterprise, consists of a suite of products and services including on-site location audit, ASP hosted database management, E911 database automation technology, VoIP phone discovery and E911 connectivity to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP), soft phone provisioning and on-site emergency notification.

RedConnect™

RedConnect™ provides a hosted solution for the small to medium business market and public and private K-12 schools, community colleges, and smaller universities that in the past found it cost-prohibitive to employ E911. RedConnect™ offers an affordable solution, full-service implementation, and a truly hosted model with ongoing E911 maintenance taken care of by 911 ETC. The solution is compatible with a PBX, VoIP, or hybrid environment.

VoIPConnect™

VoIPConnect™ tracks the location of IP phones and routes 911 calls to the public safety answering point (PSAP). The solution provides an organization with an efficient and cost-effective way to manage its E-911 database, whether VoIP or Hybrid PBX/VoIP. The service can track the location of IP phones both inside and outside of the organization. When a 911 call is placed, the enterprise call server routes the call with the location of caller to the public safety answering point (PSAP). Rather than utilizing a trunk, the solution uses an organization’s wide area network to deliver 911 calls. The service works with any type of phone that is included on the enterprise IP network including digital, analog, IP hardphones, softphones, and SIP phones. Billing is monthly and is based on the number of phones utilizing the service.

SoftLoc™

SoftLoc™ requires soft phone users to provision their current location for the purpose of emergency services. SoftLoc™ runs as a Windows system-tray application and quietly waits for the user to launch a configured soft phone application. Upon launch, SoftLoc™ will appear above all other applications and remind the user to provision an emergency location. Multiple frequently-used locations can be saved to the remote emergency server and quickly provisioned with just a few mouse clicks. Other locations can be saved locally for quick server updates. If the user chooses not to provision an emergency location, the soft phone application will be forcibly closed.
