911 ETC today announced the release of RedConnect™, the latest in its evolving Software as a Service product/service offerings for VoIP, TDM, and hybrid configurations.

RedConnect™ provides users with 300 stations and below with an extremely affordable yet comprehensive enterprise E-911 solution. Utilizing its own CLEC PS/ALI gateway (powered by Intrado).

Renowned throughout the United States for its Crisis Connect™ solutions for the enterprise, 911 ETC recognized the need for a cost-effective solution for the smaller end-user population. 911 ETC introduces RedConnect™ to affordably satisfy the safety needs of this large segment of PBX users. Utilizing traditional Telco emergency routing, RedConnect™ introduces a cost-effective means to deliver the location of the emergency event to local authorities even when the end-user is employing a VoIP based PBX.
