Charles Stockton, Vice President - Operations

Mr. Stockton has over 32 years of management and leadership experience in telecommunications and directly related industries. After heading a number of telecommunications customer service functions in the late 1970's, he successfully managed enterprise wide GTE-NW Network Access which included an accounting for an annual budget in excess of $20M, serving approximately 1.5 million customers in five states.

In the past 5 years prior to joining 911 ETC, Inc. Mr. Stockton had been the Mobile Computing Service Manager for Boeing, providing successful leadership in a highly dynamic technical field with considerable administrative challenges. He is responsible for approximately 75,000 remote access and mobile computing users for Boeing on an international basis. Also during this time, Mr. Stockton most recently had developed and managed the customer service functions for 911 ETC, Inc..

Mr. Stockton is considered an expert in Enhanced 911 for Private Branch Exchange, and has spoken and served at the Critical Issues Forum for the National Emergency Number Association.
