Michael Beach, Chief Technology Officer

Michael Beach has over 26 years experience in database management and computer systems design. A Fortune 500 company elected Mr. Beach Associate Technical Fellow in information management. Mr. Beach achieved voting membership on the company's Enterprise Information Management Architecture Board and Business Architecture Council. He was also a representative on the Oracle Customer Advisory Council. His daily duties have included the direction of over 100 software developers. He also served as the Chairman of the Software Engineering Practices Team that addressed software process improvement and quality standards. His most recent appointment is Applications Security Specialist, focusing on e-business initiatives. Mr. Beach is recognized as an industry leader in the deployment of federated security technologies, and has presented to numerous computing security forums throughout the world.

Mr. Beach has delivered several major enterprise computing systems. He was the lead developer for a Commercial Energy industry offering where he was responsible for designing and integrating databases containing over 500 million data records. He was the chief architect for an enterprise network design, configuration, and management system. Additionally, he is proficient with many database products including Oracle, SQL Server, and Access. Language proficiencies include Java, PL/SQL, C/C++, and Visual Basic. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a current member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Technical Data Committee.
