History

Formed in 1997, 911 ETC has developed its proprietary database technology, refined its unique service and delivery method, and through its ongoing operations, validated the system. In mid-1998, 911 ETC began beta testing its system with its first customer, the 8,000 telephone Swedish Hospital in Seattle. Swedish is still a customer and recently ordered an additional system for a hospital they acquired. The software/hardware, coupled as a suite of products, has evolved into its current version, Crisis Connect™ now supporting clients such as Oracle Systems, Honeywell, US Bank, Booz Allen Hamilton, Sony, Macy’s, General Services Administration (GSA), Social Security Administration (SSA), and Department of Interior (DOI).

To strengthen its presence in the market place, 911 ETC has also developed solid business relationships with AT&T, Verizon, Time Warner Telecom, Tone Commander, eTelemetry, Avaya, Nortel, and with national 911 database manager, Intrado.
